The apartments are provided for short-term accommodation only. Please do not use the apartment for business meetings, parties, or other purposes without prior authorization.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all apartments, including near windows and balconies. Please use designated outdoor areas only.
All furniture, appliances, and amenities are provided for guest use during your stay. Please do not remove, relocate, or allow non-registered visitors to use them.
Please refrain from moving or damaging any apartment items or fixtures. In the event of accidental damage, guests will be charged for the full repair or replacement cost.
Please maintain a peaceful environment for all guests. Loud music, shouting, or disruptive behavior inside apartments or common areas is not permitted.
Quiet hours are from 21:00 to 08:00.
For extended stays, additional cleaning services are available upon request at an extra charge.
Check-in: from 15:00 to 20:00
Check-out: until 11:00 on the day of departure
Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability (fees may apply).
Guests are responsible for all damages caused during their stay and agree to cover any costs related to repairs, replacements, or extra cleaning.
Any pre-existing issues must be reported upon arrival ; later claims cannot be accepted
Guests are responsible for all charges incurred during their stay. Tallinn CityScape Apartments reserves the right to pre-authorize a credit card to cover incidental costs (e.g. damage, extra cleaning, or unpaid services).
Between 21:00 and 08:00, all guests are kindly asked to maintain quiet and avoid disturbances.
Serious violations may result in a penalty of up to €300 or, in extreme cases, eviction without refund.
All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card. The cardholder must be one of the arriving guests or must provide an authorization form prior to arrival.
A pre-authorization up to the total value of the booking may be processed to verify the card and secure the reservation. This is not a final charge and will be released according to your card issuer’s policy.
14 days before arrival: 50% of total booking is charged.
7 days before arrival or no-show: No refund.
Cancellations must be made directly to Tallinn CityScape Apartments via email or your booking platform.

Non-refundable bookings require 100% payment at the time of reservation
In the case of cancellation, modification, or no-show, no refunds will be issued. The booking is final and non-transferable.
